Reiki with its origins in the Ancient Times then through Japan means life force energy.
As its name suggests, reiki is an energy healing technique where a reiki trained master would use gentle hand movements above a client’s clothed body to help guide a healthy flow of energy.
Reiki is known to relieve stress and promote deep healing. It is non-invasive and safe to use on anyone of any age, including babies, children, and the elderly.
Specific problems that Reiki can treat include:

This workshop is for anyone who would like to understand Reiki and activate their ability to heal themselves, the members of their families and others (even including their pets).
This workshop is the pre-requisite for the Reiki 2 Workshop.

Reiki Second Degree Workshop - 30th September 2023
**Pre-requisite – To enrol in this workshop, students must have completed the Reiki 1 Workshop at Peace Yoga or elsewhere.
After experiencing and practicing Level One Reiki you can now deepen your Practice and understanding of Reiki.
You will:
- Learn to heal from distance
- Learn some of the sacred truths and methods of Reiki
- Learn how to use Reiki during your daily life. In many different ways.
**Pre-requisite – To enrol in this workshop, students must have completed the Reiki 1 Workshop at Peace Yoga or elsewhere.
After experiencing and practicing Level one Reiki you can now deepen your Practice and understanding of Reiki. You will be taught the sacred symbols of Reiki that allow you to not only magnify and empower your healing abilities but that can also be used for Distance Reiki and Clearing. You will also learn the marvelous non-healing uses of Reiki which will enrich your every day life.
You will be thrilled with this next step in your progress.

Next Master Reiki Level - 14th October 2023
**Pre-requisite – To enrol in this workshop, students must have completed Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and completed reading set textbook. It is important that students show a dedication and commitment to their practice.
This is the most exciting part of the three part reiki workshops where you learn how to pass Reiki attunements onto others. This workshop will not only help you attain self-mastery but also enhance your spiritual progress. In this workshop, the secrets of Reiki will be revealed to you so that you in turn can help others.
This is the most exciting degree..the teaching degree where you learn how to pass Reiki attunements onto others and teach Reiki. This degree helps you not only to attain self-mastery but also to enhance your spiritual progress. The secrets of Reiki are revealed to you so that you in turn can help others.
To enrol for this degree, students must have accomplished Reiki 1 and 2 ..plus show a dedication and commitment to their practice.This level strengthens your Reiki healing abilities to the Master Level and allows you to heal from your heart, healing yourself and also others.

Next Seichim Level 1 and Seichim Master Level - 18th November 2023
**Pre-requisite: You must have completed all three Reiki workshops to be eligible for seichim.
Seichim (pronounced as saysheem) originated in Egypt. When translated into English, seichim means “The Power of the Powers”. Seichim is an added extension of reiki where the focus is on the heart and learning how to connect on a much deeper level with one’s heart and soul. With Reiki, you learnt the qualities of kindness, compassion and oneness. Seichim allows you to bring this a level up to ensure the tiniest fragments of healing are felt to the furthest reaches of the cosmos.
At Peace Yoga, we offer Seichim 1, 2 and the Master Initiation. During the workshops, you will learn the following:
- How and where Seichim originated
- The way Seichim works
- How to conduct a healing session
- How to prepare spaces using Seichim
- Integrating Seichim and Reiki together
- Seichim symbols (not sure if this is correct)
