Baby massage is an ancient form of art which has been used for centuries in cultures around the world.

As soon as the baby is on earth side, massage is done frequently to help with the baby’s physical and emotional needs as well as promote deep relaxation. Babies enjoy skin contact because touch is the most developed sense for them when they are born. Through touch, you are able to communicate to the baby love, security, and trust immediately.

In our sessions, you will learn the loving art of massaging and doing yoga with your little one. This will be a beautiful way to enhance that power of touch for your baby. You will both get to enjoy songs, rhymes, and experience pure joy of spending quality time together in the company of other mums and bubs.

These sessions provide opportunities for you to feel that sense of community and support as you make friends with other mums, share your stories and concerns.

You will learn pranayama (breath practice) and asanas (postures) which will induce relaxation, tranquility and are suitable to enjoy while breastfeeding.
