What to Bring each: NB* 1 Candle

Something to make rhythm eg drum, rattle, rice grains in a container.
Yoga mat and extra rug if you intend to
participate in gentle Yoga exercises and Yoga Niddra (deep, deep relaxation)..
Meditation cushion (or three) and shawl for
daily guided meditation practice.
Comfortable casual layered clothing, (mornings
and evenings can be cool)
Hat and sunscreen
Jacket and hat for warmth
Wet weather- gear just in case.
Walking shoes for walks in the bush.
Slippers or house shoes for inside.
Dressing gown or track suit.
Personal toiletries including soap.
Bed linen and towels
Torch and insect repellent also are useful.
Maybe a small heater for room.

At the end of the divided road on your left you will
see ‘Wunburra Lookout’ and on your right ‘Gleneagles’ Tea Rooms.
Approx. 3k further on, you will see the sign:

Entrance 200m on right
Turn right at entrance and follow the access road
until you reach the car park, near the accommodation blocks.
Upon your arrival, someone will help you
find your room. A list
of rooms and their occupants will be posted in the
