This session is wonderful for all of us as it is extremely efficient at encouraging circulation to the brain.
It is simple and fun and available to everyone, no matter what level of fitness.
It is run on our annual Retreat or as a private session or can be organized as a special session when numbers are adequate.
It was recommended by the president of the Alzheimers association and leaves participantrs feeling relaxed and refreshed, calmly alert and alertly calm.
Once experienced, students are always great supporters of the Brain Sessions.
It is perfectly suited to becoming a home practice and once learnt can become a fun and health giving part of your day!
